Continuing along the East Coast we visit Archangelos, the second largest village, with its interesting pottery workshop. Then we make our way to Asclepio, where we visit the historical church of Panaghia (Our Lady), built in 1060 AD.
We will have our optional swim and lunch at Kiotari. After lunch we cross the island at the center and head toward the West Coast. During this coast to coast drive through the island you will enjoy the typically Mediterranean spectacular scenery. A stop is made for photographs at the Castle of Monolithos and to taste the local Souma, honey and local sweet aperitifs. Our journey then takes us along the West Coast. A refreshment stop is made at Kamiros Scala, mid-afternoon, before returning to your hotel.
